My Role: Retouching

My first experience with Photoshop was when I was 13 years old, learning how to retouch images and placing creative makeup on top. Over the years I have harnessed these skills to assist with professional retouching. At Nudea, the model retouching is minimal, removing spots, flyaway hairs and bruises, but sometimes the product needed a bit of finessing, which helped my skills improve drastically since I was working with meshes and laces that are notoriously difficult.

On top of product retouching, all e-commerce imagery had to have the backgrounds lightened to meet the requirements of marketplace retailers (such as John Lewis and Zalando) which I was responsible for.
